Happy New Year

I seemed to miss the boat when it came to getting Christmas cards in the post due to a very busy and stressful 4 months leading up to  Christma. I just did not get any time to sit and make cards, so thought that I'd make Happy New Year ones instead.
I used the Tim Holtz bird cage and cut it down  to fit the card. I found the pretty lace stencil in the local shop. It is a "Marianne design" Creatables, and it produces a fabulous cut out. This one you could thread a ribbon through too,but I did not want to hide the pretty wee flowers
